5/51. يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَىٰ أَوْلِيَاءَ ۘ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ ۚ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ

اے ایمان والو— یہود– اور نصاریٰ کو دوست نہ بناؤ—–وہ آپس میں ایک دوسرے کے دوست ہیں—- اور جو کوئی تم میں سے ان کے ساتھ دوستی کرے—– تو وہ ان میں سے ہے—— الله ظالموں کو ہدایت نہیں کرتا

O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: they are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust.

5/82. لَتَجِدَنَّ أَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عَدَاوَةً لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا ۖ وَلَتَجِدَنَّ أَقْرَبَهُمْ مَوَدَّةً لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّا نَصَارَىٰ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ مِنْهُمْ قِسِّيسِينَ وَرُهْبَانًا وَأَنَّهُمْ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ

تو سب لوگو ں سے زیادہ مسلمانوں کا دشمن یہودیوں اور مشرکوں کو پائے گا,, اور تو سب سے نزدیک محبت میں مسلمانوں سے ان لوگوں کو پائے گا جو کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نصاریٰ ہیں یہ اس لیے اکہ ان میں علماء اور فقراء ہیں اور اس لیے کہ وہ تکبر نہیں کرتے

Strongest among men in enmity to the Believers wilt thou find the Jews Yahood and Pagans; and nearest among them in love to the Believers wilt thou find those who say: “We are Christians:” because amongst these are men devoted to learning and men who have renounced the world, and they are not arrogant.

6/121. وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ اسْمُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَفِسْقٌ ۗ وَإِنَّ الشَّيَاطِينَ لَيُوحُونَ إِلَىٰ أَوْلِيَائِهِمْ لِيُجَادِلُوكُمْ ۖ وَإِنْ أَطَعْتُمُوهُمْ إِنَّكُمْ لَمُشْرِكُونَ

اور اگر تم نے ان کا کہا مانا تو تم بھی مشرک ہو جاؤ گے

if ye were to obey them (Jews or pagans or crusaders), ye would indeed be pagans.

48/29 مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ۚ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ أَشِدَّاءُ عَلَى الْكُفَّارِ رُحَمَاءُ بَيْنَهُمْ ۖ تَرَاهُمْ رُكَّعًا سُجَّدًا يَبْتَغُونَ فَضْلًا مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرِضْوَانًا ۖ سِيمَاهُمْ فِي وُجُوهِهِمْ مِنْ أَثَرِ السُّجُودِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ مَثَلُهُمْ فِي التَّوْرَاةِ ۚ وَمَثَلُهُمْ فِي الْإِنْجِيلِ كَزَرْعٍ أَخْرَجَ شَطْأَهُ فَآزَرَهُ فَاسْتَغْلَظَ فَاسْتَوَىٰ عَلَىٰ سُوقِهِ يُعْجِبُ الزُّرَّاعَ لِيَغِيظَ بِهِمُ الْكُفَّارَ ۗ وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ مِنْهُمْ مَغْفِرَةً وَأَجْرًا عَظِيمًا

محمد الله کے رسول ہیں اور جو لوگ آپ کے ساتھ ہیں;;;; کفار پر سخت ہیں;;;;; آپس میں رحم دل ہیں

تو انہیں دیکھے گا کہ رکوع و سجود کر رہے ہیں الله کا فضل اوراس کی خوشنودی تلاش کرتے ہیں;;;;; ان کی شناخت ان کے چہرو ں میں سجدہ کا نشان ہے;;;;; یہی وصف ان کا تو رات میں ہے اور انجیل میں ان کا وصف ہے;;;;; مثل اس کھیتی کے جس نے اپنی سوئی نکالی پھر اسے قوی کر دیا;;;;;; پھر موٹی ہوگئی پھر اپنے تنہ پر کھڑی ہوگئی کسانوں کو خوش کرنے لگی;;;;; تاکہ الله ان کی وجہ سے کفار کو غصہ دلائے;;;; الله ان میں سے ایمان داروں اورنیک کام کرنے والوں کے لیے بخشش اور اجر عظیم کا وعدہ کیا ہے

Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers compassionate amongst each other. Thou wilt see them bow and prostrate themselves (in prayer) seeking Grace from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. On their faces are their marks, (being) the traces of their prostration. This is their similitude in the Towrah; and their similitude in the Gospel is: like a seed which sends forth its blade, then makes it strong; it then becomes thick and it stands on its own stem (filling) the sowers with wonder and delight. (This was the state of Islam-laws mighty in power ramped over many lands of kafir in which Muslims dwell to day) As a result, it fills the Unbelievers with rage at him. Allah has promised those among them who believe and do righteous deeds Forgiveness and a great Reward.

5/54. يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَنْ يَرْتَدَّ مِنْكُمْ عَنْ دِينِهِ فَسَوْفَ يَأْتِي اللَّهُ بِقَوْمٍ يُحِبُّهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَهُ أَذِلَّةٍ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَعِزَّةٍ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ يُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَلَا يَخَافُونَ لَوْمَةَ لَائِمٍ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ اللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ

اے ایمان والو;;; جو کوئی تم میں سے اپنے دین سے پھر جائے گا تو عنقریب الله ایسی قوم کو لائے گا;;; کہ الله ان کو چاہتا ہے اور وہ اس کو چاہتے ہیں;;;;; مسلمانوں پر نرم دل ہوں گے;;;;; اور کافروں پر زبردست ;;;;;الله کی راہ میں لڑیں گے;;;;;; اور کسی کی ملامت سے نہیں ڈریں گے;;; یہ الله کا فضل ہے جسے چاہے دیتا ہے اور الله کشائش والا جاننے والا ہے

O ye who believe! if any from among you turn back from his Faith, soon will Allah produce a people whom He will love as they will love Him,― lowly with the Believers, mighty against the rejecters, fighting in the Way of Allah,and never afraid of the reproaches of such as find fault. That is the Grace of Allah, which He will bestow on whom He pleaseth: and Allah encompasseth all and He knoweth all things.

5/54. يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَنْ يَرْتَدَّ مِنْكُمْ عَنْ دِينِهِ فَسَوْفَ يَأْتِي اللَّهُ بِقَوْمٍ يُحِبُّهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَهُ أَذِلَّةٍ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَعِزَّةٍ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ يُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَلَا يَخَافُونَ لَوْمَةَ لَائِمٍ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ اللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ 5/55. إِنَّمَا وَلِيُّكُمُ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا الَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُونَ الزَّكَاةَ وَهُمْ رَاكِعُونَ ;;;;5/56. وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فَإِنَّ حِزْبَ اللَّهِ هُمُ الْغَالِبُونَ

اے ایمان والو;;;; جو کوئی تم میں سے اپنے دین سے پھر جائے گا;;;; تو عنقریب الله ایسی قوم کو لائے گا;;;;; کہ الله ان کو چاہتا ہے اور وہ اس کو چاہتے ہیں;;;;; مسلمانوں پر نرم دل ہوں گے;;;;اور کافروں پر زبردست الله کی راہ میں لڑیں گے;;;;; اور کسی کی ملامت سے نہیں ڈریں گے ;;;;یہ الله کا فضل ہے جسے چاہے دیتا ہے;;;;;;; اور الله کشائش والا جاننے والا ہے ;;;;; تمہارا دوست تو الله اور اس کا رسول اور ایمان دار لوگ ہیں جو نماز قائم کرتے ہیں.. اور زکواة دیتے ہیں… اور وہ عاجزی کرنے والے ہیں ;;;;;; اور جو شخص الله اور اس کے رسول اور ایمان داروں کو دوست رکھے;;; تو الله کی جماعت وہی غالب ہونے والی ہے

Your (real) friends are (no less than) Allah,His Messenger, and the Believers, those who establish regular prayers (Narrated Only the Umeer in power can establish namaz Jihad and collect Jihad )

and pay charity, and they bow down humbly (in worship).

As to those who turn (for friendship) to Allah, His Messenger, and the Believers― it is the party of Allah that must certainly triumph.

Party of Lord of the commands

58/21. كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَأَغْلِبَنَّ أَنَا وَرُسُلِي ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ 58/22. لَا تَجِدُ قَوْمًا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ يُوَادُّونَ مَنْ حَادَّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَلَوْ كَانُوا آبَاءَهُمْ أَوْ أَبْنَاءَهُمْ أَوْ إِخْوَانَهُمْ أَوْ عَشِيرَتَهُمْ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ كَتَبَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ الْإِيمَانَ وَأَيَّدَهُمْ بِرُوحٍ مِنْهُ ۖ وَيُدْخِلُهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا عَنْهُ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ حِزْبُ اللَّهِ ۚ أَلَا إِنَّ حِزْبَ اللَّهِ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ

الله نے لکھ دیا ہے;;;; کہ میں اور میرے رسول ہی غالب رہیں گے;;;;بے شک الله زور آور زبردست ہے ;;;;آپ ایسی کوئی قوم نہ پائیں گے;;;;; جو الله اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتی ہو;;;;; اور ان لوگو ں سے بھی دوستی رکھتے ہوں;;;;; جو الله اور اس کے رسول کی مخالفت کرتے ہیں;;;;; گو وہ ان کے باپ یا بیٹے یا بھائی یا کنبے کے لوگ ہی کیوں نہ ہوں;;;; یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن کے دلوں میں اللہ نے ایمان لکھ دیا ہے;; اور ان کو اپنے فیض سے قوت دی ہے;;; اور وہ انہیں بہشتوں میں داخل کرے گا;; جن کے نیچے نہریں بہہ رہی ہوں گی;;; وہ ان میں ہمیشہ رہیں گے;;;; الله ان سے راضی ہوا اور وہ اس سے راضی ہوئے یہی الله کا گروہ ہے خبردار بے شک الله کا گروہ ہی کامیاب ہونے والا ہے

Thou wilt not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, loving those who resist Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their fathers or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred. For such He has written Faith in their hearts,

and strengthened them with a spirit from Himself. And He will admit them to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, to dwell therein (for ever). Allah will be well pleased with them, and they with Him. They are the Party of Allah. Truly it is the Party of Allah that will achieve Felicity. Allah has decreed: ” It is I and My Messenger who must prevail”: For Allah is One full of strength, able to enforce His Will.

3/110. كُنْتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ ۗ وَلَوْ آمَنَ أَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ لَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُمْ ۚ مِنْهُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَأَكْثَرُهُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ

تم سب امتوں میں سے بہتر ہو جو لوگوں کے لیے بھیجی گئی ہیں;;;;; اچھے کاموں کا حکم کرتےہو اور برے کاموں سے روکتےہو-;;;;;اور الله پر ایمان لاتے ہو;;; اور اگر اہل کتاب ایمان لے آتے تو ان کے لیے بہتر تھا;;;; کچھ ان میں سے ایماندار ہیں;;;;; اور اکثر ان میں سے نافرمان ہیں

Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining All what is right, forbidding All what is wrong, and believing in Allah. If only the People of the Book had faith it were best for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are perverted transgressors.

COMMENTARY;

After the fall of khilafet in 1924 Muslims have adapted Jumhuriut in which nothing is forbidden, Muslims have not forbidden a single evil top of the list 1-sood riba usury banks 2-courts of tagut which have never used shiria laws 3-Parliament chamber of man made laws against Quraanic laws

اور وہ تم سے ہمیشہ لڑتے رہیں گے یہاں تک کہ تمہیں تمہارے دین سے پھیر دیں اگر ان کا بس چلے

وَلَا يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّىٰ يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَنْ دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُوا

Nor will they cease fighting you until they

وَلَا يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّىٰ يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَنْ دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُوا

turn you back from your faith if they can.

6/162. قُلْ إِنَّ صَلَاتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

کہہ دو بے شک میری نماز اور میری قربانی اور میرا جینا اور میرا مرنا الله ہی کے لیے ہے جو سارے جہان کا پالنے والا ہے

Say: “Truly, my prayer and my service of sacrifice, my life and my death are (all) for Allah, the Cherisher of the Worlds:

(Quraan) Ibrahim said: “Ye and your fathers before you?― For they are enemies to me; not so the Lord and Cherisher of the Worlds; ابراھیم اپنے باپ اور اپنی قوم سے کہا جنہیں تم پوجتے ہو تم او رتمہارے پہلے باپ دادا جنہیں پوجتے تھے ….سو وہ سوائے رب العالمین کے میرے دشمن ہیں

3/28. لَا يَتَّخِذِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۖ وَمَنْ يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَ اللَّهِ فِي شَيْءٍ إِلَّا أَنْ تَتَّقُوا مِنْهُمْ تُقَاةً ۗ وَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ اللَّهُ نَفْسَهُ ۗ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ الْمَصِيرُ /

11/96. وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِآيَاتِنَا وَسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ –11/97. إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعُوا أَمْرَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۖ وَمَا أَمْرُ فِرْعَوْنَ بِرَشِيدٍ –11/98. يَقْدُمُ قَوْمَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَأَوْرَدَهُمُ النَّارَ ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْوِرْدُ الْمَوْرُودُ —11/99. وَأُتْبِعُوا فِي هَٰذِهِ لَعْنَةً وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ بِئْسَ الرِّفْدُ الْمَرْفُودُ

اور البتہ تحقیق ہم نے موسیٰ کو اپنی نشانیاں اور واضع سند دے کر بھیجا—- فرعون اور اس کے سرداروں کے ہاں—- پھر وہ فرعون کے حکم پر چلے اور فرعون کا حکم ٹھیک بھی نہ تھا —– قیامت کے دن اپنی قوم کے آگے ہو گا—- پھر انہیں آگ میں لاڈالے گا اوربرا گھاٹ ہے جس پر وہ پہنچے —–اور اپنے پیچھے اس جہان میں بھی لعنت چھوڑ گئے—- اور قیامت کے دن کے لیے بھی برا ہی انعام ہے جو انہیں دیا جائے گا

And We sent Moses, with Our Clear (Signs) and an authority manifest Unto Pharaoh and his Chiefs: but they followed the command of Pharaoh and the command of Pharaoh was no rightly guided. 5/63. لَوْلَا يَنْهَاهُمُ الرَّبَّانِيُّونَ وَالْأَحْبَارُ عَنْ قَوْلِهِمُ الْإِثْمَ وَأَكْلِهِمُ السُّحْتَ ۚ لَبِئْسَ مَا كَانُوا يَصْنَعُونَ

ان کے فقراء اور علماء—-– گناہ کی بات کہنے–— اور حرام مال کھانے سے انہیں کیوں نہیں منع کرتے—- البتہ بری ہے وہ چیز جو وہ کرتے ہیں

5/81. وَلَوْ كَانُوا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالنَّبِيِّ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مَا اتَّخَذُوهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ وَلَٰكِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنْهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ

اور اگر وہ الله اور نبی پر اور اس چیز پر جواس کی طرف سے نازل کی گئی ہے—- ایمان لاتے تو کافروں کو دوست نہ بناتے— لیکن ان میں سے اکثر لوگ نافرمان ہیں

1-If only they had believed in Allah,2-in the Prophet 3-and in what hath been revealed to him, 4-never would they have taken them for friends and protectors but most of them are rebellious wrong-doers.

45/19. إِنَّهُمْ لَنْ يُغْنُوا عَنْكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا ۚ وَإِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ ۖ وَاللَّهُ وَلِيُّ الْمُتَّقِينَ

60/13. يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَوَلَّوْا قَوْمًا غَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ قَدْ يَئِسُوا مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ كَمَا يَئِسَ الْكُفَّارُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الْقُبُورِ

اے ایمان والو– اس قوم سے دوستی نہ کرو– جن پر الله کا غضب ہوا.–. وہ تو آخرت سے ایسے نا امید ہو گئے.-. کہ جیسے کافر اہلِ قبور سے نا امید ہو گئے

O ye who believe! Turn not (for friendship) to people on whom is the Wrath of Allah. Of the Hereafter they are already in despair, just as the Unbelievers are in despair about those (buried) in graves.

60/1. يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُمْ مِنَ الْحَقِّ يُخْرِجُونَ الرَّسُولَ وَإِيَّاكُمْ ۙ أَنْ تُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ رَبِّكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ خَرَجْتُمْ جِهَادًا فِي سَبِيلِي وَابْتِغَاءَ مَرْضَاتِي ۚ تُسِرُّونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَأَنَا أَعْلَمُ بِمَا أَخْفَيْتُمْ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُمْ ۚ وَمَنْ يَفْعَلْهُ مِنْكُمْ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاءَ السَّبِيلِ

اے ایمان والو— میرے دشمنوں —اور اپنے دشمنوں کو دوست نہ بناؤ— کہ ان کے پاس دوستی کے پیغام بھیجتے ہو— حالانکہ تمہارے پاس جو سچا دین آیا ہے اس کے یہ منکر ہو چکے ہیں—- رسول کو اور تمہیں ا س بات پر نکالتے ہیں کہ تم الله اپنے رب پر ایمان لائے ہو…. اگر تم جہاد کے لیے میری راہ میں اور میری رضا جوئی کے لیے نکلے ہوتو ان کو دوست نہ بناؤ تم ان کے پاس پوشیدہ دوستی کے پیغام بھیجتے ہو ….حالانکہ میں خوب جانتا ہوں جو کچھ تم مخفی اور ظاہر کرتے ہو.. اور جس نے تم میں سے یہ کام کیا تو وہ سیدھے راستہ سے بہک گیا

O ye who believe! Take not My enemies and yours as friends (or protectors)― offering them (your) love, even though they have rejected the Truth that has come to you, and have (on the contrary) driven out the Messenger and yourselves (from your homes), (simply) because ye believe in Allah your Lord! If ye have come out to strive in My Way and to seek My Good Pleasure (take them not as friends), holding secret converse of love (and friendship) with them: for I know full well all that ye conceal and all that ye reveal. And any of you that does this has strayed from the Straight Path.

14/28. أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ بَدَّلُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ كُفْرًا وَأَحَلُّوا قَوْمَهُمْ دَارَ الْبَوَارِ …14/29. جَهَنَّمَ يَصْلَوْنَهَا ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْقَرَارُ …14/30. وَجَعَلُوا لِلَّهِ أَنْدَادًا لِيُضِلُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ ۗ قُلْ تَمَتَّعُوا فَإِنَّ مَصِيرَكُمْ إِلَى النَّارِ ..

کیاتو نے انہیں نہیں دیکھا کہ جنہوں نے الله کی نعمت کےبدلے میں ناشکری کی—- اور اپنی قوم کو تباہی کے گھر میں اتارا —جو دوزخ ہے اس میں داخل ہوں گے اور وہ برا ٹھکانا ہے — اور لوگو ں نے الله کی راہ سے بہکانے کے لیے شریک بنا رکھے ہیں…. کہہ دو نفع اٹھا لو پھر تمہیں آگ کی طرف لوٹنا ہے ….

Hast thou not turned thy vision to those who have exchanged the favour of Allah into blasphemy and caused their people to descend to the House of Perdition?― Into Hell? They will burn therein― an evil place to stay in! And they set up (idols) as equal to Allah, to mislead (men) from the Path! Say: “Enjoy ! But verily ye are making straight way for Hell!” (Note Enjoy your brief power)

5/45 وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ

5/47 وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ

جو کوئی اس کے موافق فیصلہ نہ کر لے جو الله نے اتارا تو وہی لوگ کافر ہیں

اور جو کوئی اس کے موافق حکم نہ کرے جو الله نے اتارا سو وہی لوگ ظالم ہیں

جو شخص اس کے موافق حکم نہ کرے سو وہی لوگ نافرمان ہیں

5-44-Surut Al-Maida, If any do fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed,they are Unbelievers. هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ (This fatwa of Allah read it 100 times )

Indian Ministry of Defence (MoD) has announced that Indian Army is participating in the multinational military exercise ‘Shantir Ogroshena-2021’.
The exercise is being held at Bangabandhu Senanibas in Bangladesh.

O People, undoubtedly, building an ‘idol or sculpture’ in the public place is ‘munkar’ and the secular system is ‘Ummul munkar’ (mother of all munkar). Secularists have always denied the existence of the Creator from life’s affairs and the State and taken the Creator’s sovereignty and sanctity for themselves.

As a result, the secular rulers idolize their leading figures and impose their images and statues on the people by placing them in courts, offices and public places, forcing them to worship them indirectly. A good example of this were the Soviets who denying the existence of the God, sanctified Lenin and Stalin and their words and statements in the same way we sanctify the Qur’an and the Hadith. They erected huge statues across the country to embody them and compulsorily displayed their pictures in all government and public offices. Similarly, you also see here that the current secular government has ordered that all government and public offices must display pictures of Sheikh Mujib and Sheikh Hasina. This act of sanctification will be clearer if we look at the country’s blasphemy laws – maximum ten years’ imprisonment for defaming any religion, but maximum of life-imprisonment for defaming Sheikh Mujib or Sheikh Hasina! Not satisfied with this, they have now taken the initiative to place statues of Sheikh Mujib all over the country. In the eyes of Islam, these actions are Jahiliyyat (ignorance), utterly forbidden and contrary to ‘Imaan. Allah (swt) says, ﴾ل كي ِو َء ٍيْ ا ْعبُ ُدوهُ َو ُه َو عَلَى ُك ِ ل شَ ْي ٍء فَ ََّل ُه َو َخاِل ُق ُك ِ ل شَ ِ ِلَهَ إ َربُّ ُكْم ََل إ ُم اللَّهُ ِلكُ َذ” ﴿

He is Allah, your Lord; There is no deity except Him, the Creator of all things, so worship Him. And He is the Disposer of all affairs” [Surah Al-An’am-102]. Thus, there is no scope for legitimizing these activities by citing examples of statutes in other secular Muslim states. O People, the secular Hasina government is deploying various malicious tactics to cover up their corruption and misery of the people, and have been inciting different issues, one after another, to divert your attention from them. You have witnessed how in the secular system this corrupt ruling regime protects the interests of themselves, the capitalist elites and the Kafir colonialists, looting the resources of the people, and oppressing the larger masses.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, »رعيته عن ومسؤول راع اإلمام” »The caliph (imam) is the guardian and responsible for the citizens”.

Therefore, without wasting your time in idol or sculpture debates, make a one-point demand for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) State by removing the current secular ruling regime and the Kufr secular system.

79/23. فَحَشَرَ فَنَادَىٰ ;;;79/24. فَقَالَ أَنَا رَبُّكُمُ الْأَعْلَىٰ ;;;79/25. فَأَخَذَهُ اللَّهُ نَكَالَ الْآخِرَةِ وَالْأُولَىٰ ;;;;;79/26. إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَعِبْرَةً لِمَنْ يَخْشَىٰ

پھر اس,فرعون, نے سب کو جمع کیا پھر پکارا––– پھر کہا کہ میں تمہارا سب سے برتر رب ہوں— پھر الله نے اس کو آخرت اور دنیا کے عذاب میں پکڑ لیا ;;;;;بے شک اس میں اس کے لیے عبرت ہے جو ڈرتا ہے

Then he (Pharaoh) collected (his men) and made a proclamation, Saying “I am your Lord, Most High.” فَقَالَ أَنَا رَبُّكُمُ الْأَعْلَىٰ But Allah did punish him, example of him― in the Hereafter, as in this life. Verily in this is an instructive warning for whosoever feareth (Allah):

28/38. وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ يَا أَيُّهَا الْمَلَأُ مَا عَلِمْتُ لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَٰهٍ غَيْرِي فَأَوْقِدْ لِي يَا هَامَانُ عَلَى الطِّينِ فَاجْعَلْ لِي صَرْحًا لَعَلِّي أَطَّلِعُ إِلَىٰ إِلَٰهِ مُوسَىٰ وَإِنِّي لَأَظُنُّهُ مِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ 28/39. وَاسْتَكْبَرَ هُوَ وَجُنُودُهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَظَنُّوا أَنَّهُمْ إِلَيْنَا لَا يُرْجَعُونَ 28/40. فَأَخَذْنَاهُ وَجُنُودَهُ فَنَبَذْنَاهُمْ فِي الْيَمِّ ۖ فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الظَّالِمِينَ 28/41. وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَدْعُونَ إِلَى النَّارِ ۖ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا يُنْصَرُونَ 28/42. أَتْبَعْنَاهُمْ فِي هَٰذِهِ الدُّنْيَا لَعْنَةً ۖ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ هُمْ مِنَ الْمَقْبُوحِينَ

اور فرعون نے کہا اے سردارو!—- میں نہیں جانتا کہ میرے سوا تمہارا او رکوئی معبود ہے— پس اے ہامان! تو میرے لیے گارا پکوا پھر میرے لیے ایک بلند محل بنوا کہ میں موسیٰ کے خدا کو جھانکوں—- اور بے شک میں اسے جھوٹا سمجھتا ہوں —اور اس نے اور اس کے لشکروں نے زمین پر ناحق تکبر کیا اور خیال کیا کہ وہ ہماری طرف لوٹ کر نہیں آئيں گے —-پھر ہم نے اسے اور اس کے لشکروں کو پکڑ لیا —پھر انہیں دریا میں پھینک دیا —سو دیکھ لو ظالموں کا کیا انجام ہوا —اور ہم نے انہیں پیشوا بنایا—- وہ دوزخ کی طرف بلاتے تھے—- اور قیامت کے دن انہیں مدد نہیں ملے گی— اور ہم نے اس دنیا میں ان کے پیچھے لعنت لگا دی —-اور وہ قیامت کے دن بھی بدحالوں میں ہوں گے

Pharaoh said: “O Chiefs! no god do I know for you but myself: therefore, O Haman! light me a (kiln to bake bricks) out of clay, and build me a lofty palace, that I may mount up to the god of Moses: but as far as I am concerned, I think (Moses) is a liar!” And he was arrogant and insolent in the land, beyond reason― he and his hosts: they thought that they would not have to return to Us! So We seized him and his hosts, and We flung them into the sea: now behold what was the End of those who did wrong! And We made them (but) leaders inviting to the Fire; and on the Day of Judgement no help shall they find. In this world We made a Curse to follow them: and on the Day of Judgement they will be among the loathed (and despised).

Commentary;

20/79. وَأَضَلَّ فِرْعَوْنُ قَوْمَهُ وَمَا هَدَىٰ

اور فرعون نے اپنی قوم کو بہکایا اور راہ پر نہ لایا

Pharaoh led his people astray instead of leading them aright.

Commentary;

Today Muslim secular governments have lead the Muslims astray there is no doubt about it

11/96. وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِآيَاتِنَا وَسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ –11/97. إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعُوا أَمْرَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۖ وَمَا أَمْرُ فِرْعَوْنَ بِرَشِيدٍ –11/98. يَقْدُمُ قَوْمَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَأَوْرَدَهُمُ النَّارَ ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْوِرْدُ الْمَوْرُودُ —11/99. وَأُتْبِعُوا فِي هَٰذِهِ لَعْنَةً وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ بِئْسَ الرِّفْدُ الْمَرْفُودُ

اور البتہ تحقیق ہم نے موسیٰ کو اپنی نشانیاں اور واضع سند دے کر بھیجا—- فرعون اور اس کے سرداروں کے ہاں—- پھر وہ فرعون کے حکم پر چلے اور فرعون کا حکم ٹھیک بھی نہ تھا —– قیامت کے دن اپنی قوم کے آگے ہو گا—- پھر انہیں آگ میں لاڈالے گا اوربرا گھاٹ ہے جس پر وہ پہنچے —–اور اپنے پیچھے اس جہان میں بھی لعنت چھوڑ گئے—- اور قیامت کے دن کے لیے بھی برا ہی انعام ہے جو انہیں دیا جائے گا

And We sent Moses, with Our Clear (Signs) and an authority manifest Unto Pharaoh and his Chiefs: but they followed the command of Pharaoh and the command of Pharaoh was no rightly guided. He will go before his people on the Day of Judgement, and lead them into the Fire, (as cattle are led to water): But woeful indeed will be this leading (and) the place led to! And they are followed by a curse in this (life) and on the Day of Judgement:

9/126. أَوَلَا يَرَوْنَ أَنَّهُمْ يُفْتَنُونَ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ لَا يَتُوبُونَ وَلَا هُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ

کیا وہ نہیں دیکھتے کہ وہ ہر سال میں ایک دفعہ یا دو دفعہ آزمائے جاتے ہیں پھر بھی توبہ نہیں کرتے اور نہ نصیحت حاصل کرتے ہیں

See they not that they are tried every year once or twice? Yet they turn not in repentance and they take no heed.

34/15. لَقَدْ كَانَ لِسَبَإٍ فِي مَسْكَنِهِمْ آيَةٌ ۖ جَنَّتَانِ عَنْ يَمِينٍ وَشِمَالٍ ۖ كُلُوا مِنْ رِزْقِ رَبِّكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لَهُ ۚ بَلْدَةٌ طَيِّبَةٌ وَرَبٌّ غَفُورٌ 34/16. فَأَعْرَضُوا فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ سَيْلَ الْعَرِمِ وَبَدَّلْنَاهُمْ بِجَنَّتَيْهِمْ جَنَّتَيْنِ ذَوَاتَيْ أُكُلٍ خَمْطٍ وَأَثْلٍ وَشَيْءٍ مِنْ سِدْرٍ قَلِيلٍ 34/17. ذَٰلِكَ جَزَيْنَاهُمْ بِمَا كَفَرُوا ۖ وَهَلْ نُجَازِي إِلَّا الْكَفُورَ

بے شک….. قوم سبا …..کے لیے ان کی بستی میں ایک نشان تھا …..دائیں اور بائیں دو باغ ……..اپنے رب کی روزی کھاؤ…….. اور اس کا شکر کرو …..عمدہ شہر رہنے کو اور بخشنے والا رب —-

پھر انہوں نے نافرمانی کی …..پھر ہم نے ان پر سخت سیلاب بھیج دیا.––….. اور ہم نے ان کے دونوں باغوں کے بدلے میں…… دو باغ بد مزہ پھل کے اور جھاؤ کے ……اور کچھ تھوڑی سی بیریوں کے بدل دیے ….یہ ہم نے ان کی ناشکری کا بدلہ دیا ……..اور ہم ناشکروں ہی کو برا بدلہ دیا کرتے ہیں

There was for Saba’, afore time, a Sign in their homeland― two Gardens to the right and to the left. Eat of the Sustenance (provided) by your Lord, and be grateful to Him: a territory fair and happy, and a Lord Oft-Forgiving! But they turned away (from Allah), and We sent against them the flood (released) from the Dams, and We converted their two garden (rows) into “gardens” producing bitter fruit, and tamaracks, and some few (stunted) Lote― trees. That was the Requital We gave them because they ungratefully rejected Faith: and never do We give (such) requital except to such as are ungrateful rejecters.

13/31. وَلَوْ أَنَّ قُرْآنًا سُيِّرَتْ بِهِ الْجِبَالُ أَوْ قُطِّعَتْ بِهِ الْأَرْضُ أَوْ كُلِّمَ بِهِ الْمَوْتَىٰ ۗ بَلْ لِلَّهِ الْأَمْرُ جَمِيعًا ۗ أَفَلَمْ يَيْأَسِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنْ لَوْ يَشَاءُ اللَّهُ لَهَدَى النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا ۗ وَلَا يَزَالُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا تُصِيبُهُمْ بِمَا صَنَعُوا قَارِعَةٌ أَوْ تَحُلُّ قَرِيبًا مِنْ دَارِهِمْ حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَ وَعْدُ اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادَ

اور اگر تحقیق کوئی ایسا قرآن نازل ہوتا جس سے پہاڑ چلتے یا اس سے زمین کے ٹکڑے ہو جاتے یا اس سے مردے بول اٹھتےبلکہ سب کام الله کے ہاتھ میں ہیں پھر کیا ایمان والے اس بات سے نا امید ہو گئے ہیں کہ اگر الله چاہتا تو سب آدمیوں کو ہدایت کر دیتااور کافروں پر تو ہمیشہ ان کی بداعمالی سے کوئی نہ کوئی مصیبت آتی رہے گی.. یا وہ بلا ان کے گھر کے قریب نازل ہوگی یہاں تک کہ الله کا وعدہ پورا ہو

بے شک الله اپنے وعدے کے خلاف نہیں کرتا

If there were a Qur’an with which mountains were moved, or the earth were cloven asunder, or the dead were made to speak but, truly, the Command is with Allah in all things! Do not the Believers know, that had Allah (so) willed, He could have guided all mankind (to the Right)? But the Unbelievers― never will disaster cease to seize them for their (ill) deeds, or to settle close to their homes, until the Promise of Allah come to pass, for, verily, Allah will not fail in His promise.

59/21 لَوْ أَنْزَلْنَا هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ عَلَىٰ جَبَلٍ لَرَأَيْتَهُ خَاشِعًا مُتَصَدِّعًا مِنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَتِلْكَ الْأَمْثَالُ نَضْرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُون

اگر ہم اس قرآن کو کسی پہاڑ پرنازل کرتے تو آپ اسے دیکھتے..کہ الله کے خوف سے جھک کر پھٹ جاتا…اور ہم یہ مثالیں لوگوں کے لیے بیان کرتے ہیں تاکہ وہ غور کریں

Had We sent down this Qur’an on a mountain, verily, thou would have seen it humble itself and cleave asunder for fear of Allah,such are the similitude which We propound to men,that they may reflect.

33/72. إِنَّا عَرَضْنَا الْأَمَانَةَ عَلَى السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَالْجِبَالِ فَأَبَيْنَ أَنْ يَحْمِلْنَهَا وَأَشْفَقْنَ مِنْهَا وَحَمَلَهَا الْإِنْسَانُ ۖ إِنَّهُ كَانَ ظَلُومًا جَهُولًا

ہم نے آسمانوں اور زمین اور پہاڑوں کے سامنے امانت پیش کی پھر انہوں نے اسکے اٹھانے سے انکار کر دیا اور اس سے ڈر گئے اور اسے انسان نے اٹھا لیا.. بے شک وہ بڑا ظالم بڑا نادان تھا

We did indeed offer the Trust QURAN to the Heavens and the Earth and the Mountains: but they refused to undertake it, being afraid thereof:but man undertook it―he was indeed unjust and foolish or naïve

46/24. فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ عَارِضًا مُسْتَقْبِلَ أَوْدِيَتِهِمْ قَالُوا هَٰذَا عَارِضٌ مُمْطِرُنَا ۚ بَلْ هُوَ مَا اسْتَعْجَلْتُمْ بِهِ ۖ رِيحٌ فِيهَا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

اور قوم عاد کے بھائی کا ذکر کر— پھر جب انہوں نے اسے دیکھا…. کہ وہ ایک ابر ہے ….جو ان کے میدانوں کی طرف بڑھا چلا آ رہا ہے کہنے لگے کہ… یہ تو ابر ہے جو ہم پر برسے گا (نہیں) بلکہ یہ وہی ہے جسے تم جلدی چاہتے تھے…. یعنی آندھی جس میں دردناک عذاب ہے

Mention (Hud) one of `Ad’s (own) brethren: Then, when they saw the (Penalty in the shape of ) a cloud traversing the sky, coming to meet their valleys, they said: “This cloud will give us rain!” “Nay, it is the (calamity) ye were asking to be hastened!― a― wind wherein is a Grievous Penalty!

10/73. فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَنَجَّيْنَاهُ وَمَنْ مَعَهُ فِي الْفُلْكِ وَجَعَلْنَاهُمْ خَلَائِفَ وَأَغْرَقْنَا الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا ۖ فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ

پھر انہوں نے اسے. نوح. کو. جھٹلایا پھر ہم نے اسے اور اس کے ساتھیوں کو کشتی میں بچا لیا اور انہیں خلیفہ بنا دیا— اور جن لوگو ں نے ہماری آیتوں . احکام.کو جھٹلایا انہیں غرق کر دیا سو دیکھ لو کہ جو لوگ ڈرائے گئے تھے ان کا انجام کیسا ہوا

They rejected Noah him but We delivered him, and those with him in the Ark, and We made them inherit (the earth), while We overwhelmed in the Flood those who rejected Our commands Signs.

کراچی بارشوں کا مسئلہ – مغربی سیاسی فلسفے پر مبنی وفاقی ، جمہوری اور لوکل باڈیز کے نظام میں عوام کے مسائل کا کوئی بھی ذمہ دار اور جوابدہ نہیں —ایک بار پھر مون سون کی بارشوں میں کراچی کے عوام بالخصوص اور صوبہ سندھ کے عوام بالعموم شدید مسائل و مشکلات کا شکار ہوگئے ہیں۔ کل ہونے والی بارش نے کراچی شہر کو ڈبو دیا، سڑکیں دریائیں بن گئیں۔ اکثر علاقوں میں بارش رک جانے کے 10 گھنٹےبعد بھی بجلی موجود نہیں تھی اور نشیبی علاقوں سے پانی نکالنے کا سلسلہ شروع نہیں ہوا تھا، اور یہ ہر دفعہ کا معمول ہے۔ 73 سال کے بعد بھی معمول کی ایک بارش معمولات زندگی کو معطل کر دیتی ہے۔ کم و بیش پورے ملک کی صورتحال ایسی ہی ہے۔ روایتی الزام تراشی کا سلسلہ بھی ایک بار پھر جاری ہے۔ سندھ حکومت، مئیر کراچی، وفاقی حکومت، NDMA ہر ایک کے پاس دلائل کے انبار ہیں کہ وہ کیوں ذمہ دار اور جوابدہ نہیں۔ میڈیا بھی روایتی کرپشن اور نااہلی کے غیرسسٹمیٹک اور ثانوی وجوہات کو ڈسکس کرتا ہے لیکن بنیادی مسئلے سے کنی کتراتا ہے کہ مغربی سیاسی فلسفے پر مبنی وفاقی ، جمہوری اور لوکل باڈیز کے نظام میں طاقت کو اسی طرح تقسیم کیا گیا ہے کہ عوام کے مسائل کا کوئی بھی ایک ذمہ دار اور جوابدہ نہیں ہوتا اور یوں بال ایک سے دوسرے کورٹ میں مسلسل پھینکی جاتی ہے۔
ہم پوچھتے ہیں کہ 1300 سالہ خلافت کے دور میں ایسا معاملہ کیوں نہیں تھا کہ خلیفہ، معاونین ، والی اور عامل ایک دوسرے کو عوام کے مسائل کا ذمہ دار ٹھہرائیں؟ کیا وجہ تھی کہ اتنی بڑی ریاست کو چلانے کے باوجود طاقت اور ذمہ داری کے تعین کا ایسا کوئی مسئلہ موجود نہیں تھا اور سب جانتے تھے کہ کسی بھی مسئلے کا ذمہ دار اور جوابدہ کون ہے؟ اس کی وجہ بڑی واضح ہے کہ اسلام میں حکومت کا نظام واحدانی ہے۔ خلیفہ امت سے قرآن و سنت کے نفاذ کی شرط پر بیعت لینے کے بعد امت کے تمام امور کا نگہبان ہے اور ہر طرح کے مسائل پر امت کو جوابدہ بھی ہے ، جبکہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے سامنے حقیقی جوابدہی اس کے علاوہ ہے۔ رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا، مَا مِنْ أَمِيرٍ يَلِي أَمْرَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ثُمَّ لاَ يَجْهَدُ لَهُمْ وَيَنْصَحُ إِلاَّ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ مَعَهُمُ الْجَنَّةَ “جو مسلمانوں کا حاکم ہو،پھر ان کی بھلائی میں کوشش نہ کرے اور خالص نیت سے ان کی بہتری نہ چاہے تو وہ ان کے ساتھ جنت میں نہیں جائے گا “(مسلم)۔ وہ اپنی ان ذمہ داریوں کی ادائیگی میں معاونت کے لیے صوبوں کے اوپر والی (گورنر)اور شہروں کے اوپر عامل مقرر کرتا ہے ، انھیں اپنی ذمہ داریوں کی ادائیگی کے لیے بااختیار بناتا ہے اور درکار تمام وسائل مہیا کرتا ہے۔ پس ذمہ داری اور جوابدہی (accountability)کے تعین کی کڑی بالکل واضح ہے۔ جبکہ وفاقی نظام میں اختیارات ، ذمہ داریوں اور فنڈز کو مرکز اور صوبوں اور اسی طرح صوبوں اور لوکل باڈیز میں تقسیم در تقسیم کرکے ایک گورکھ دھندا بنا دیا جاتا ہے، جس کا کوئی سر پیر عوام کو سمجھ نہیں آتا ، نتیجتاً حکمرانی، ذمہ داریوں کے بجائے صرف مراعات، کرپشن اور شہرت کے حصول کا ذریعہ بن جاتی ہے۔ اسلام میں مجلس ولایہ کی شکایت پر خلیفہ والی (گورنر) کو ہٹائے گا، اور چونکہ خلیفہ تاحیات مقرر ہوتا ہے جب تک وہ لازمی شرائط پر پورا اترے، اسلئے وہ جمہوری نظام کے برخلاف اکثریت کی خاطر اقلیت کے حقوق کا سودا نہیں کرتا بلکہ تمام شہریوں کو یکساں طریقے سے سہولیات بہم پہنچاتا ہے۔ لیکن جمہوریت میں کراچی جیسے شہر کے شہریوں کے حقوق کو اسلئے پامال کر دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہاں پر مخالف پارٹی کے نمائندوں کا راج ہے، یوں اقلیت کو اکثریت کے ہاتھوں بلیک میل ہونا پڑتا ہے۔ یہی معاملہ کراچی میں کچرہ کنڈیوں اور کراچی الیکٹرک کے مسائل کا ہے۔
غربت سے لے کر استعماری غلامی پر مبنی خارجہ پالیسی ہو، لبرل سوشل اقدار کے فروغ سے لے کر سیکولر تعلیمی نظام کے مسائل، ہر جگہ ہمیں مغربی تہذیب کے چھوڑے گئے اس زہر کا اثر نظر آتا ہے، جس کو جدیدیت کے نام پر سیاسی اور فکری ایلیٹ کی ذہنی مرعوبیت کا فائدہ اٹھا کر پاکستان میں نافذ کیا گیا ہے۔ ان مسائل کا حل مزید صوبے بنانا نہیں بلکہ اس استعماری نظریات کے حامل ریاستی ڈھانچے کو اسلام کے نظام خلافت سے بدلنا ہے جو اللہ کی وحی کی لامحدود دانائی پر مبنی ہے۔ اَلَا یَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَؕ–وَ هُوَ اللَّطِیْفُ الْخَبِیْرُ۠۔” کیا وہ نہیں جانے گا جس نے پیدا کیا، اس پر وہ ذات باخبر اور خبردار بھی ہو۔“(سورہ الملک : 14)

9/126. أَوَلَا يَرَوْنَ أَنَّهُمْ يُفْتَنُونَ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ لَا يَتُوبُونَ وَلَا هُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ

کیا وہ نہیں دیکھتے کہ وہ ہر سال میں ایک دفعہ یا دو دفعہ آزمائے جاتے ہیں پھر بھی توبہ نہیں کرتے اور نہ نصیحت حاصل کرتے ہیں
