6/121. وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا مِمَّا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ اسْمُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَفِسْقٌ ۗ وَإِنَّ الشَّيَاطِينَ لَيُوحُونَ إِلَىٰ أَوْلِيَائِهِمْ لِيُجَادِلُوكُمْ ۖ وَإِنْ أَطَعْتُمُوهُمْ إِنَّكُمْ لَمُشْرِكُونَ

اور اگر تم نے ان کا کہا مانا تو تم بھی مشرک ہو جاؤ گے

if ye were to obey them, ye would indeed be pagans.

5/81. وَلَوْ كَانُوا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالنَّبِيِّ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مَا اتَّخَذُوهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ وَلَٰكِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنْهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ

اور اگر وہ الله اور نبی پر اور اس چیز پر جواس کی طرف سے نازل کی گئی ہے—- ایمان لاتے تو کافروں کو دوست نہ بناتے— لیکن ان میں سے اکثر لوگ نافرمان ہیں

1-If only they had believed in Allah,2-in the Prophet 3-and in what hath been revealed to him, 4-never would they have taken them for friends and protectors but most of them are rebellious wrong-doers.

45/19. إِنَّهُمْ لَنْ يُغْنُوا عَنْكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا ۚ وَإِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ ۖ وَاللَّهُ وَلِيُّ الْمُتَّقِينَ

. اور بے شک ظالم ایک دوسرے کے دوست ہیں... اور الله ہی پرہیز گاروں کا دوست ہے

it is only Wrongdoers (that stand as) protectors one to another: but Allah is the Protector of the Righteous.

60/13. يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَوَلَّوْا قَوْمًا غَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ قَدْ يَئِسُوا مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ كَمَا يَئِسَ الْكُفَّارُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الْقُبُورِ

اے ایمان والو– اس قوم سے دوستی نہ کرو– جن پر الله کا غضب ہوا.–. وہ تو آخرت سے ایسے نا امید ہو گئے.-. کہ جیسے کافر اہلِ قبور سے نا امید ہو گئے

O ye who believe! Turn not (for friendship) to people on whom is the Wrath of Allah. Of the Hereafter they are already in despair, just as the Unbelievers are in despair about those (buried) in graves.

60/1. يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءَكُمْ مِنَ الْحَقِّ يُخْرِجُونَ الرَّسُولَ وَإِيَّاكُمْ ۙ أَنْ تُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ رَبِّكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ خَرَجْتُمْ جِهَادًا فِي سَبِيلِي وَابْتِغَاءَ مَرْضَاتِي ۚ تُسِرُّونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَأَنَا أَعْلَمُ بِمَا أَخْفَيْتُمْ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُمْ ۚ وَمَنْ يَفْعَلْهُ مِنْكُمْ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاءَ السَّبِيلِ

اے ایمان والو— میرے دشمنوں —اور اپنے دشمنوں کو دوست نہ بناؤ— کہ ان کے پاس دوستی کے پیغام بھیجتے ہو— حالانکہ تمہارے پاس جو سچا دین آیا ہے اس کے یہ منکر ہو چکے ہیں—- رسول کو اور تمہیں ا س بات پر نکالتے ہیں کہ تم الله اپنے رب پر ایمان لائے ہو…. اگر تم جہاد کے لیے میری راہ میں اور میری رضا جوئی کے لیے نکلے ہوتو ان کو دوست نہ بناؤ تم ان کے پاس پوشیدہ دوستی کے پیغام بھیجتے ہو حالانکہ میں خوب جانتا ہوں جو کچھ تم مخفی اور ظاہر کرتے ہو.. اور جس نے تم میں سے یہ کام کیا تو وہ سیدھے راستہ سے بہک گیا

O ye who believe! Take not My enemies and yours as friends (or protectors)― offering them (your) love, even though they have rejected the Truth that has come to you, and have (on the contrary) driven out the Messenger and yourselves (from your homes), (simply) because ye believe in Allah your Lord! If ye have come out to strive in My Way and to seek My Good Pleasure (take them not as friends), holding secret converse of love (and friendship) with them: for I know full well all that ye conceal and all that ye reveal. And any of you that does this has strayed from the Straight Path.

14/28. أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ بَدَّلُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ كُفْرًا وَأَحَلُّوا قَوْمَهُمْ دَارَ الْبَوَارِ …14/29. جَهَنَّمَ يَصْلَوْنَهَا ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْقَرَارُ …14/30. وَجَعَلُوا لِلَّهِ أَنْدَادًا لِيُضِلُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِهِ ۗ قُلْ تَمَتَّعُوا فَإِنَّ مَصِيرَكُمْ إِلَى النَّارِ ..

کیاتو نے انہیں نہیں دیکھا کہ جنہوں نے الله کی نعمت کےبدلے میں ناشکری کی—- اور اپنی قوم کو تباہی کے گھر میں اتارا —جو دوزخ ہے اس میں داخل ہوں گے اور وہ برا ٹھکانا ہے — اور لوگو ں نے الله کی راہ سے بہکانے کے لیے شریک بنا رکھے ہیں…. کہہ دو نفع اٹھا لو پھر تمہیں آگ کی طرف لوٹنا ہے ….

Hast thou not turned thy vision to those who have exchanged the favour of Allah into blasphemy and caused their people to descend to the House of Perdition?― Into Hell? They will burn therein― an evil place to stay in! And they set up (idols) as equal to Allah, to mislead (men) from the Path! Say: "Enjoy ! But verily ye are making straight way for Hell!" (Note Enjoy your brief power)

8/36. إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ لِيَصُدُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ۚ فَسَيُنْفِقُونَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسْرَةً ثُمَّ يُغْلَبُونَ ۗ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ يُحْشَرُونَ 8/37. لِيَمِيزَ اللَّهُ الْخَبِيثَ مِنَ الطَّيِّبِ وَيَجْعَلَ الْخَبِيثَ بَعْضَهُ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ فَيَرْكُمَهُ جَمِيعًا فَيَجْعَلَهُ فِي جَهَنَّمَ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ

بے شک جو لوگ کافر ہیں وہ اپنے مال خرچ کرتے ہیں تاکہ الله کی راہ سے روکیں سو… ابھی اور بھی خرچ کریں گے پھر وہ ان کے لیے حسرت ہو گا پھر مغلوب کیے جائیں گے اور جو کافر ہیں وہ دوزخ کی طرف جمع کیے جائیں گے تاکہ الله ناپاک کو پاک سے جدا کر دے اور ایک ناپاک کو دوسرے پر دھر کر ڈھیر بنائے…. پھر اسے دوزخ میں ڈال دے وہی لوگ نقصان اٹھانے والے ہیں

The unbelievers spend their wealth to hinder (men) from the path of Allah and so will they continue to spend; but in the end they will have (only) regrets and sighs; at length they will be overcome: and the Unbelievers will be gathered together to Hell.― In order that Allah may separate the impure, from the pure put the impure one on another, heap them together and cast them into Hell. They will be the ones to have lost.

4/76. الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ۖ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ الطَّاغُوتِ فَقَاتِلُوا أَوْلِيَاءَ الشَّيْطَانِ ۖ إِنَّ كَيْدَ الشَّيْطَانِ كَانَ ضَعِيفًا

جو ایمان والے ہیں وہ الله کی راہ میں لڑتے ہیں— اور جو کافر ہیں وہ شیطان کی راہ میں لڑتے ہیں—- سو تم شیطان کے ساتھیوں سے لڑو بے شک شیطان کا فریب کمزور ہے

Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah and those who disbelieve do battle for the cause of idols. So fight the minions of the devil. Lo! the devil’s strategy is ever weak.

2/207. وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَشْرِي نَفْسَهُ ابْتِغَاءَ مَرْضَاتِ اللَّهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ رَءُوفٌ بِالْعِبَادِ

اوربعض ایسے بھی ہیں جو الله کی رضا جوئی کے لیے اپنی جان بھی بیچ دیتے ہیں اور الله کے بندوں پر بڑا مہربان ہے

And there is the type of man who gives his life to earn the pleasure of Allah; and Allah is full of kindness to (His) devotees.

4/74. الَّذِينَ يَشْرُونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا بِالْآخِرَةِ ۚ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا

جو دنیا کی زندگی کو آخرت کے بدلے بیچتے ہیں; تو اسے ہم بڑا ثواب دیں گے;

sell the life of this world for the other life. on him We shall bestow a vast reward.

9/16. أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَنْ تُتْرَكُوا وَلَمَّا يَعْلَمِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا مِنْكُمْ وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذُوا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ وَلَا رَسُولِهِ وَلَا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلِيجَةً ۚ وَاللَّهُ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ

کیا تم یہ خیال کرتے ہو کہ چھوڑ دیے جاؤ گے— حالانکہ ابھی الله نے ایسے لوگو ں کو— جدا ہی نہیں کیا”’ جنہوں نے تم میں سے جہاد کیا——- اور الله اور اس کے رسول اورمومنوں کے سوا کسی کو دلی دوست نہیں بنایا—— اور الله تمہارے سب کاموں سے با خبر ہے

ALLAH SAYS Or think ye that ye Shall be abandoned, as though Allah did not know those among you who strive with might and main, and take none for friends and protectors except Allah, His Messenger and the (community of) Believers? But Allah is well-acquainted with (all) that ye do.
